Please ensure your measurements are entered accurately before submitting your order.

Exceptions:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact hello@thebraidsbrand.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
  • We may offer alterations, replacements, or store credit at our discretion.

All approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
